		<description>You don&#039;t need to download perl-uri from random repositories - just remove perl* from the list of blocked updates in /etc/yum.conf, install subversion (and update perl-uri) and then replace perl* in the yum conf so that it doesn&#039;t actually update perl in future.</description>
